He was born on March 26, 1972 at Beverly, KY the son of Wanda Couch Causey and the late Pleas Causey. By occupation he was a former Coal Miner and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Pleas was affiliated with the Holiness Church. He enjoyed hunting, gun-smithing and spending time with his children and family. Pleas was preceded in death by his father: Pleas Causey, paternal grandparents: John and Cinda Causey.
