Silas Hoskins Mr. Carl Hacker of 318 Muncy Creek Rd.,Stinnett, Ky. was born on July 12, 1927 in Stinnett, KY., the son of the late, Jack Hacker & the late Luanna Smith Hacker. He departed this life on Saturday, September 06, 2014 at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital, Hyden, Ky. at the age of 87 years, 1 month & 24 days. Carl was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., by occupation he was retired from the State Hwy. Dept. & was also a logger & construction worker. He was affliated with the Stinnett Gap Church of God at Stinnett, KY. He enjoyed hunting, family cook-outs, gardening & was an avid gun & knife collector. Mr. Carl Hacker was preceded in death by his parents, Jack & Luanna Smith Hacker, Grandson, Matthew Tyler Roark, brothers, Riley, Charles & Henry Hacker & sisters, Edith Smith, Rose Mattingly, Nellie Bray, Elsie Morgan & Evie Hacker. He leaves the following relatives surviving, loving and devoted wife, Carolyn Hoskins Hacker, Stinnett, KY., sons, Henry Floyd Hacker & Janice, Stinnett, Ky., Eugene Hacker & Jetty, Stinnett, KY. & Tommy Hamblin & Mildred, Little Leatherwood, KY., daughters, Sharon Hacker, London, KY., Donna Roberts & Tim, Stinnett, KY. & Margaret Ann Walker & John, Little Leatherwood, KY., grandchildren, Jeffery Galen Roark & Kristy, Timothy Brandon Roberts & Tracy, Audrey Amber Whitehead & Paul, Lana Caldwell & Dana, Jennifer Hacker, Zebulan Roark, Tyler Roberts & Shenna, Cody Hacker & Kristin & Kristy Perkins, 12 great-grandchildren, special friend, Kayla Bowling, special nurse, Ora K.
